Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited was incorporated on September 26, 2010 in Mumbai as a private limited company. The company then converted to a public limited company on December 12, 2022 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on January 2, 2023. Its services include providing end-to-end solutions for exhibitions, conferences, and events, including media to integrated marketing solutions and temporary to permanent event management. In addition, it is planning to come out with a public offer consisting of issuing up to 3300000 equity shares through a fresh issue.
