Dynamic Services Security Limited was incorporated in November 2016 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act 2013. The company was converted to a public limited company in July 2020. It has a focus on supplying Manpower and providing corporate management services such as logistic solutions, mechanized cleaning, catering, housekeeping, conservancy service and security service, mainly to Indian Rail, Defence and other Government organisations, across India. The company has extensive experience in the field - starting from Mr Jugal Kishore Bhagat's own firm being established in 1999, which then grew to three proprietorship firms (Dynamic Services, Dynamic Enterprises, Global Services) by 2010. The Group turnover across the 3 firms exceeded ₹ 100 crores by 2018, and was merged into the company in 2019. In 2020, the banking limits of the three firms were then individualy cancelled and integrated into the merged entity.
