About Decorous Investment And Trading Co Ltd

Decorous Investment and Trading Company Limited was incorporated in New Delhi on November 22nd, 1982 and was issued a Certificate of Commencement of Business on 15th December 1982. The company originally provided services and trading in bullion, gems, jewelry, commodities and consultancy, but at the Board and Shareholder meetings an agreement and Certificate of Registration for the alteration of Object Clauses was granted from RoC in November 2014 in order to continue activity as a real estate broker. The company has since discontinued all other activities and solely focuses on this profession.
