About Game Changers Texfab Ltd

Game Changers Texfab Limited was incorporated as Game Changers Texfab Private Limited on April 6 2015 as a Private Limited Company pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated April 6 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi . Thereafter Company was converted from a private limited to public limited and the name of the Company was changed from Game Changers Texfab Private Limited to Game Changers Texfab Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 02 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.The Company was started by Mrs. Kavita Aggarwal and Mrs. Ankita Aggarwal in 2015 and later was acquired by the Promoter Mr. Sanjeev Goel and Mr. Ankur Aggarwal. Presently Company is engaged in finding the finest fabric material as per customer specifications and sourcing them from the right suppliers ensuring the right material solutions. The Company set up its first manufacturing unit and three Sourcing units in 201920. Sourcing of Fabrics refers to process of selecting and procuring raw materials for textile production including identifying suppliers negotiating prices and ensuring quality and sustainability of fabrics. Apart from this Company deals with variety of fabrics but specializes in womens wear fabrics and technical textiles fabrics including outdoor and PVCcoated fabrics for a variety of uses such as awnings outdoor furniture upholstery tarpaulins sports goods tents etc.In 2022 Company opened the first store at Udyog Vihar Gurgaon and became successful in establishing 6 deemed manufacturing units in 2023. The Company has two comprehensive retail experience stores which double up as sampling centres through which we offer a wide range of fabric materials. In these stores it feature both Readymade and semistitched garments. Additionally it offer Made to Measure garments with instore customization and fabric value additions to meet the customers specific preferences. Apart from offline presence it works an online platform featuring over 10000 designs and a network of 500 diverse suppliers to support export houses boutiques in creating unique samples for the clients.In 2024 Company has opened second store at DLF Phase1 Gurgaon further it launched the new brand Fall in Love which and is made successful in setting up a network of 10 sourcing units. The Company is planning an Initial Public Issue of 5376000 equity shares of Rs 10/ each through Fresh Issue..
