About Incredible Industries Ltd

Adhunik Industries Limited is a public limited company that specializes in the production of iron and steel related rolled products for the construction industry. On August 7th 2017, SEBI included the company's securities on its Graded Surveillance Measure with immediate effect, prompting the company to file an appeal with the Securities Appellate Tribunal. SAT ruled in favor of the company and directed SEBI to reverse its decisions. Subsequently, shareholders ratified a limit of Rs.400 crore related party transactions in January and the company sought approval for ratification of deferred transactions, which was approved by the Board of Directors in May 2018. In September 2018, SEBI passed an interim order after making certain prima facie observations in the matter of suspected shell companies and advised the company to submit a reply. The company requested SEBI for a personal hearing and further documents were submitted after that. As of now, the company has not received any further communication from SEBI.
