About Archit Organosys Ltd

Archit Organosys Limited is a public company established in 1993 engaging in the manufacturing and trading of chemical products. In March 2017, the Board of Directors of the company allocated 10042200 partly-paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each with a price of Rs. 25 (including a premium of Rs. 15). Rs. 12.50 was received by the company, and the balance amount payable at first & final call. Furthermore, the board has made a first & final call for Rs. 12.50 including a face value of Rs. 5 and a security premium of Rs. 7.50 for 9999623 shares and converted them into fully-paid equity shares. Additionally, due to non-payment of first & final call within one year of allotted 42577 partly-paid equity shares, those have been forfeited following the provision of Articles of Association & Companies Act 2013.
