Cospower Engineering Limited was initially incorporated in 2010 as a private limited company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In January of 2020, the company underwent a special resolution and was converted into a Public Limited Company with the new name Cospower Engineering Limited. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing electrical panels, harmonic filters, substation and equipment mounting structures, providing turnkey services, and offering a complete package of electrical solutions. The company has been in business since 2004, and its plant is equipped with modern machinery and equipment to ensure quality and performance. The plant is located at Vasai in Maharashtra, and its Environment Management System, Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System are ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified respectively. The two promoters, Mr. Oswald Dsouza and Mr. Felix Kadam, have more than two decades of experience in the electrical and engineering industry each and have provided invaluable guidance and strategic planning to the company.
