About Almondz Global Securities Ltd

Almondz Global Securities Limited formerly known as Alliance Securities Ltd, was established in June 28 1994, with the main services including equity & debt capital markets, private equity & infrastructure advisory, wealth management, and debt portfolio management services. In 2006 a wholly owned subsidiary, Almondz Finanz Ltd., was formed to take up the business as an NBFC. There were three subsidiaries during the financial years 200809 and 200910, and five during the financial year 201011. In 2013 the company had six subsidiaries and nine in 2014. In 2014, three companies were sold and ceased to be the company’s subsidiaries. The company is registered with SEBI as a merchant banker and is a member of the National Stock Exchange and OTCEI. Almondz Capital Management Services Limited holds 50.03% of the company’s equity shares, making it the holding company.
