About Banswara Syntex Ltd

Banswara Syntex Limited (BSL) is a leading manufactures of textile products which was incorporated in 1976 and is supported by its promoter R C Toshniwal and Associates. It has an installed capacity of 137460 spindles and 448 airjet looms as of 31st March 2022 and provides its products to leading fabric and garment producers in India and abroad. It is accredited as a government recognised Export House and some of its major customers include Raymonds, Reliance, Grasim, Siyaram and Bhilwara. To increase value-added exports, BSL has set up a weaving unit Toshco International with 24 airjet looms and collaborate with Altex UK to provide it with expertise in finishing and marketing of fabric. The company went through a series of expansion and modernisation with installed capacities being enhanced to 69056 spindles and 92 looms and a power plant of 6.2 MW also being installed. During the financial year of 2016-17, BSL subsidiaries and associate companies merged with one another and became fully owned by BSL. Thus, BSL now is equipped with advanced machinery and workforce and is ready to serve its customers with the best quality products.
