Yaashvi Jewellers Limited was incorporated as Yaashvi Jewellers Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated December 13 2016 issued by Central Registration Centre. Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of Company was changed to Yaashvi Jewellers Limited on December 13 2024 by Central Processing Centre.The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading a wide range of gold jewellery in 9K 14K 18K 20K 22K and 24K focusing on affordability and quality. Alongside manufacturing it trade in studded gold and fashion silver jewellery gold bullion and also offer customized jewellery for clients.In addition Company is engaged in the trading of a wide variety of jewellery products catering to both wholesale and retail markets. It trade in diamond jewellery offering both classic and modern designs to meet the growing demand for premium highvalue pieces. In addition it trade in gold bullion providing raw gold for investment or manufacturing needs.The core specialisation is in manufacturing of machinemade gold chains which forms the major part of product portfolio. Machine made gold chains are used in multiple formats from being used as chain to be worn directly as final product or be used as part of larger jewellery such as mangalsutra bracelets ankelets earrings etc where it forms the base of the jewellery piece or used to provide the design element. Machinemade gold chains are lightweight and can be crafted in a wide variety of designs and thicknesses making them suitable for diverse customer needs.Company is planning the IPO by issuing 5139200 equity shares of face value Rs 10 per equity through fresh Issue..
