About Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd

Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd was established in 2010 with a portfolio of products such as aluminium coils, aluminium plain sheets, aluminium roofing sheets, aluminium pre-painted/coloured coated coils and aluminium flooring sheets. The Calcutta High Court sanctioned a scheme in 2014 for the demerger of Manaksia Limited into Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd on a going concern basis. The Scheme became effective after filing with the Registrar of Companies on 23 November 2014 and the Company’s shares were listed on both the National Stock Exchange and BSE Limited in 2015. The Company has a production capacity of 30000 tonnes per annum and manufacturing units in Haldia and Bankura, West Bengal. Recently, the Company has ventured into expanding their production capacity by installing a new Caster in their Haldia Unit. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company had to suspend operations across various locations w.e.f. 23/03/2020 which had an adversely effect on their business activities during the first 3 quarters of FY2021.
