About Vels Film International Ltd

Vels Film International Limited, a South India Film Chamber of Commerce member, was incorporated on 25th October 2019 with the ambition of producing feature films in various languages. The business was spearheaded by Dr. Ishari K Ganesh, whose father was the renowned comedian Shri Isari Velan from Tamil Cinema. Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh was himself involved in the film arts since 1991, and in 2016 co-produced the film Devi with choreographer Prabhu Deva. In 2019 LKG was produced by Vels Film International, Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh's sole proprietorship, and it was corporatized the following year when the Company was founded. Kutty Story, a Tamil-language romantic anthology film, was released on 12 February 2021, and Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu was released on September 15 2022. The Company is seeking to raise capital from the public by issuing 3,408,000 Equity Shares.
