About Twamev Construction & Infrastructure Ltd

Tantia Constructions Ltd. is an India-based company that provides general civil infrastructure solutions and execution of such projects. Specializing in areas such as railway infrastructure, bridges, roads, highways, power transmission pipelines, aviation, marine, urban development and buildings for hospitals, the company was initially promoted by Late Govardhan Prasad Tantia in 1964 and was incorporated on December 4th with the name Tantia Constructions Company Pvt. Ltd. In 1976, the company ventured into the segment of large diameter boring piles foundation for bridges and buildings and by 1982, they had become a public limited company. Ever since, they have received numerous tenders and projects for construction across the country and abroad, having received orders as recent as December 2009 and February 2010. They have developed roads in a variety of shapes and sizes, from the hills of Mizoram to the coastal areas of Kerala, Punjab and Karnataka. Some prestigious projects include the laying of sewerage and drainage pipelines in Kolkata with the ADB-funded assignment, a 2.2-km bridge over the Brahmaputra River in Joghigopa, Assam with a single order of Rs 12 crore, and a 1.25-km bridge from foundation to finish across the Saryu River in Ayodhya.
