About Sotac Pharmaceuticals Ltd

Sotac Pharmaceuticals Limited is a part of the Gujarat based SOTAC Group, offering a range of products such as tablets, capsules, oral liquids, and external preparations. Their therapeutic portfolio includes options for treating ailments such as diabetes, psychotics, vitamins, minerals, cold, allergies, ulcers, and more. They started off as a Partnership Firm in October 2015 and have since then evolved into a Public Limited Company. Their installed capacity for manufacturing is 90 crore tables and 14 crore capsules per year. In 2022, they acquired two subsidiary companies and started a new venture called SOTAC Lifescience Private Limited, raising 51 percent of total paid-up capital. They are planning to come out with a Initial Public Offer consisting of up to 3 million equity shares through a fresh issue.
