About Art Nirman Ltd

Art Nirman Limited is a construction company in its 9th year of operation. The company operates solely in the real estate development arena and its projects are typically residential flats and commercial spaces such as office buildings, shops, and showrooms. In FY 2020, they completed the construction of Shree Vishnudhara Gardens which held 350 residential units, 2-3 BHK, and penthouses along with 110 commercial shops. The project received bookings for 340 residential flats and 95 commercial offices from customers and the overall total build-up area was 6 lakhs sq.ft. At the end of the financial year, they also had a contract to construct Club Babylon from Art Club Private Limited in order to enter a new construction division, apart from houses and shops. Going further, the company takes necessary measures to ensure that all the facilities and products meet the desired quality. In FY 2021-2022, they plan to launch a new commercial project.
