About Signature Green Corporation Ltd

Sagar Soya Products SSPL (SSPL) was established in 1982 as a private limited company, run by A C Patel as Chairman and D T Patel as Managing Director. SSPL put forward a right issue of Rs 10.45 crore (at the premium of Rs 20) in January 1995 to build its expansion and cover working capital requirements. The company further set up a manufacturing facility at Bhainsa, Madhya Pradesh, to produce soya oil deoiled cakes and soya flour. In 1992, SSPL launched an expansion program to install a 500 tonnes per day (tpd) Solvent Extraction Plant and a 40 tpd Soya Flour Plant at the present Soya Complex in Madhya Pradesh. With successful operation of solvent extraction plant above 75% capacity, the company opted to double the capacity to 1000 tpd. SSPL records an export turnover of Rs 5.75 crore from soya bean meal/extractions in 199495 and expects a higher amount with necessary alliances with leading export companies in the country.
