About Vasa Retail and Overseas Ltd

Vasa Retail and Overseas Limited, formerly known as M/s Vasa International, was established in 1994 as a partnership firm. The firm has been in the business of art materials, stationery, executive bags, and bag fabric since its inception. In 2017, Vasa Retail was converted from a partnership firm to a public limited company. The company deals with stationery products used in schools and offices, paper pulp, and bag fabric. It also has exclusive license agreements with Oxford Limited to promote and market stationery products under the University of Oxford brand in 26 countries, including India. Vasa retailer also markets its products under the VASTA brand, and supplies copier paper under the Trion brand in the Middle East market. The company sells its products through a network of 7 distributors and 500+ stores. It also participates in various exhibitions and promotes its products through social media platforms.
