About Ambar Protein Industries Ltd

Ambar Protein Industries Ltd was established in December 1992 with the goal of producing edible and non-edible oils, oil cakes, and D Oil Cake. During the years 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, the company refined 20742.98, 22792.667, 23026.12, and 23430.29 metric tonnes (MT) of cotton seed oil, respectively. Along with this, the company purchased and resold 24133.05, 2858.415, 2781.617, and 2564.14 MTs of Refined Cottonseed/ Refined Palm Oil and Groundnut Oil Refined Sunflower Refined Maize Oil and Soybean Oil, respectively. In addition, Ambar Protein Industries Ltd redeemed 115000 Noncumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of INR 100 each, transferring the amount of INR 11500000 to Capital Redemption Reserve from Carried Over Profits. Trading of the company's shares was also resumed in August 2017. Their offerings provide customers with healthy and affordable edible products.
