About Tacent Projects Ltd

Rahul Merchandising is a leading manufacturer of readymade garments based in India and exporting to various countries worldwide. The company was previously a proprietorship concern, and in 1995 came out with a public issue to fund working capital requirements and expansion of the existing unit, at a project cost of Rs 2.21 crore. With an installed capacity of 90,00,000 garments annually, a part of the production is sourced from outside vendors and is exported to countries like USA, Germany, Panama, Dubai, Italy, Spain, and Holland. The company has also set up a subsidiary in the US, called Splash Sportswear Inc. Aiming to diversify their operations, the company is looking to engage in software and IT enabled services, and suitable steps are being taken to that end.
