About Genesis IBRC India Ltd

Fine Plast Polymers, incorporated in October 1992, is an Indian manufacturer of rigid PVC Pipes and PVC Fittings like Tees, Elbows, Adopters, Reducers, End Caps etc. It had raised a public issue in December 1993 aiming to partly fund the installment of its plant located at Pamur, Andhra Pradesh with an installed capacity of 432 tons per annum for pipes and 778 tons for PVC fittings. In 1994, it signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation with the aim to market pipes and arrange joint ventures in the Gulf. During the years 1996-97, the company increased its PVC Pipe Fitting capacity from 1338 to 1858 metric tons with a sanctioned term loan of ₹3.60 crores from IDBI. In the year 1999-2000, the company faced working capital issues which caused its performance to be unsatisfactory. Adequate steps have been taken to help improve the performance.
