DRC Systems India Limited is an IT services consulting and business solutions organization founded in 2012. The Company provides comprehensive tech services that are tailored to customer needs while leveraging innovation, creativity & strategic transactions for global markets. It handles a broad range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Education, and Public Sector. Furthermore, its services take advantage of the latest technology such as Cloud Analytics, Blockchain and Cyber Security. In 2021, the Company underwent a Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Infibeam Avenues Limited, Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited, DRC Systems India Limited, and NSI Infinium Global Limited, resulting in the transfer and vesting of Theme Park & Event Software. During the 2021-22 period, DRC Systems invested and acquired a 2.3 stake in AutoDAP B.V., entered into a contract with EMAR Group, developed a blockchain-based wallet, and setup a wholly-owned subsidiary, WOS DRC Systems EMEA LLCFZ in Dubai to strategically target the existing customers. Additionally, Shareholders of the Company have approved the Split/Subdivision of each Equity Share of the Company with a Face Value of Rs. 10 per Share to Rs. 1 per Share. The Company also established a new workstation in Ahmedabad to accommodate future work needs.
