About RPSG Ventures Ltd

RPSG Ventures Limited (RVL), formerly known as CESC Ventures Limited, is part of RPSanjiv Goenka Group, a leading diversified business conglomerate. The Company provides IT consulting and support services to its various clients. It restructured its operations and diversified into FMCG, restaurants, real estate, sports and other sectors in 2017. In October 2017, supported by National Company Law Tribunal Kolkata, IT business of CESC was demerged to the Company. As of 2021, it has 30 subsidiaries including Guiltfree Industries Limited and Bowlopedia Restaurants India Limited, covering FMCG, BPO, real estate and sports businesses. During 2020-21, it acquired 100% stake in APA Services Private Limited, a company offering sports related services with 3 subsidiaries. RVL has issued and allotted 265, 11, 409 fully paid equity shares to CESC shareholders in ratio of 2 equity shares for 10 equity shares held, listed on BSE, NSE and CSE. In 2021, it also delisted its equity shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange. It provides clients with applications such as business intelligence and analytics, enterprise mobility, new connections, outage management, billing and payments and administrative services, with a project management application to track progress of engagements.
