About Accelya Solutions India Ltd

Kale Consultants KCL was established in 1986 and has since become an ISO 9001 certified company renowned for their innovation in creating solutions for the service industries, including Banking, Airlines and Healthcare. To finance improvements to infrastructure and investments overseas, the company went public with a share issue of 3,187,500 equity shares of ₹10 each, amounting to ₹38.25 crores. With the purpose of globalizing their business, the company set up subsidiaries in USA, Australia, London and a joint venture company in Malaysia.
