About Handson Global Management (HGM) Ltd

HOV Services Limited (HOVS) was incorporated in 1989 and commenced its operations as a software service company in January that year. It has since then developed a hybrid investment portfolio and, more recently, diversified into the environmental protection industry. HOVS has partner banking institutions and private equity groups across the USA, Canada, India, China, Mexico and the Philippines. To strengthen its portfolio, it merged with SOURCECORP Inc., a portfolio company of Apollo Management V L.P., to form SourceHOV LLC in 2011. SourceHOV provides end-to-end business process outsourcing and specialized knowledge-based processing and consulting solutions enabling organizations in information and document intensive industries such as healthcare, financial services, legal, public sector and transportation, to focus on their core competencies. HOVS has now branched into the environmental protection space under an indirect subsidiary HOV Environment Solutions Private Limited (HOV ESPL) which designs and develops advanced solutions for solving problems related to erosion control, soil stabilization, environment conservation, civil construction, and roads, railways, rivers, channels, and landfills. It is also exploring promising opportunities in the field of coastal protection.
