DU Digital Technologies Limited (formerly known as Diva Envitec Filtration Technologies Private Limited) was incorporated in 2007. In 2018, the name was changed to DU Digital Technologies Limited and the Company became a Public Company from a Private Limited Company. The Company is managed by Mr. Rajinder Rai, a Promoter having experience in the travel and tourism industry who, in 2015, purchased all of the Company’s shares followed by the signing of the first service agreement with Lotus Capital Corp. In 2019, DU Digital Technologies Limited acquired IV Processing Private Limited as their Subsidiary Company, and in 2021, they sold all its shares to BSR Global DMCC. In 2021, DU Digital Technologies Limited also acquired 48.99 shares in OSC Global Processing Private Limited to become their Subsidiary Company and incorporated Dudigital Global LLC in Sharjah. Company is currently providing visa processing services and value-added services related to visa application digitalization, document verification, other citizen services and biometric data collection for embassies of various countries. In terms of the agreements with their service provider, DU Digital is responsible for infrastructure, technological and support services and raises invoices to their customers for visa fees collected and other service charges. In order to create awareness of their simplified process of traveling, the Company participated in various seminars, fairs and exhibitions, and held webinars through social media.
