Prozone Intu Properties Limited (formerly known as Prozone Capital Shopping Centres) was established in 2007 as a public limited company. It is engaged in developing, owning, and operating shopping malls, commercial and residential properties, and is also providing related management consultancy services. The Company's business segments include Leasing and Outright Sales and it owns more than 6 land banks aggregating to about 170 acres with a maximum saleable area of 17.8 million square feet in various cities in India. Its Prozone Mall located in Aurangabad consists of over 10 anchor tenants and 100 plus stores. It has 139.71 acres of fully paid-up land bank with a saleable area of 15.54 MSFT, of which, 2.02 MSFT has been developed. Prozone Mall also hosts international and national brands like McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Barbeque Nation, Careem’s, and CCD. In Coimbatore, Prozone Mall has 105 plus stores and 15 anchor tenants such as HM, MS, Lifestyle, Hamleys, Pantaloons, Westside, Zudio, Fun, Unlimited, Max, Inox, Multiplex, SPAR, Reliance Trends, and Reliance Digital. During the year 2020-21, the company has seen positive response for its completed Nagpur project, as well as the ongoing Coimbatore project, by introducing various new schemes for marketing through digital and online channels. The Company also sold its 25% investment in Moontown and Emerald Buildhome Private Limited, and acquired Calendula Commer into a Joint Venture. On 17th March 2021, the Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) also approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Royal Mall Private Limited, Transferee Company, and their respective Shareholders and Creditors Scheme. The Strategy of the Company is to acquire and develop land parcels in urban city areas and Tier I cities, to build and operate multi-purpose leisure destinations, and to capitalize on rising consumption in India.
