Further Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of Company was changed from Fractal Industries Private Limited to Fractal Industries Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 13 2025 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.Initially Company started manufacturing garments for Myntra. Gradually year on year basis it started manufacturing for other marketplaces as well.
