Sanrhea Technical Textile Ltd is a listed public organisation which was established in 1983 and is run and managed by Mr Tushar Patel. It is an industrial fabrics manufacturer with domestic and international clients and expanded their exports in FY15 to India, Serbia, the Philippines and Spain. In 2015, they installed two TFO Twisters and four Rapier Weaving Machines in order to expand their business. During the year 2016, the company displayed their goods at Techtextil India in Mumbai and managed to gain valuable exposure as a result. In financial year 2017-18, the Sanrhea Technical Textile Ltd issued 790000 convertible Equity Warrants with 349000 warrants converted into Equity Shares. The amount of increased share capital was Rs. 3490000/. As for financial year 2018-19, the company issued another 790000 convertible Equity Warrants with 441000 being converted into Equity Shares, bringing their share capital to Rs 4410000/. Apart from a participation in the Techtextil 2019 in Frankfurt, the company also joined the India Rubber Expo in Mumbai in January 2019, with such participations setup to promote their business both locally and in international markets.
