About Oswal Overseas Ltd

Oswal Overseas Ltd, a public company incorporated on 31st May 1984, is involved in the manufacturing of sugar, mainly sold in the State of Uttar Pradesh. Over 80000 crores worth of sugar is annually produced by the Indian sugar industry, and Oswal Overseas Ltd has contributed to this by allocating 6000000 fully paid Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each to its Private Placement scheme during 2016/17. The paid-up capital of the company is presently Rs. 124610500, made up of equity share capital of Rs. 64610500 and Preference share capital of Rs. 60000000. The company has supported the livelihood of 50 million sugarcane farmers, their dependents and agricultural labourers involved in the industry.
