Exato Technologies Limited was originally incorporated as Exato Technologies OPC Private Limited at Delhi dated May 18 2016 with the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently name of the Company was changed from Exato Technologies OPC Private Limited to Exato Technologies Private Limited on January 05 2018 and thereafter the name of the Company was changed to Exato Technologies Limited dated July 31 2025 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre.
