About Vivo Collaboration Solutions Ltd

Vivo Collaboration Solutions Ltd was incorporated as Private Limited Company in January 2012 and became a Public Limited Company in March 2002. It is a comprehensive call center platform for both inbound and outbound processes. The Company offer cloud telephony solutions for enterprise needs, including Unified Conferencing, audio Conferencing, web Conferencing, webinars, webcasts and more. Vivo run an internally developed software-enabled cloud platform for telecom service providers and system integrators. The infrastructure is distributed across four data centers with the necessary failovers and redundancies for 24/7 operations. The Company also have a disaster recovery setup in India to maintain business continuity in case of a natural disaster. Thus, Vivo provides an end-to-end voice solution service with high uptime and uninterrupted service to clients.
