About Adjia Technologies Ltd

Adjia Technologies Private Limited was established under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 on December 22nd 2015 and later converted to a Public Limited Company. It provides innovative augmented reality and virtual reality services electronically for the manufacturing, education, hospitality and real estate industries. Through its technology, the Company helps increase efficiency and provides dynamic pricing. On December 10th 2020 the Company allotted 50000 Equity Shares and 488000 Bonus Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 110 per Equity Share. Additionally, a total 270400 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each per Equity Share were allotted on March 8th 2021 to successful applicants. This is a great chance to make use of the technology offered by the Company to increase efficiency and productivity.
