About Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd

Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited is an Indian company founded in 2015 and incorporated as a private limited company on September 16, 2015. It provides professional and technical consulting services and offers a variety of services, such as mobile and web application development. In July 2018, the company was converted to a public limited company and on July 20, 2018 its name was changed to Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited. In July 2019, the company came out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 3501442 equity shares with face value of Rs 10 each, priced at Rs 66 per equity share aggregating Rs23 Crores. The company is headed by three promoters: Sandipan Chattopadhyay with two decades of experience in the IT, Srinivas Koora with sixteen years of experience in accounts and finance and Jaison Jose who has experience in corporate, regional and business unit levels. Xelpmoc Design and Tech provides services to a range of clients, from startups to established companies. With the help of domain experts, it provides end-to-end technology solutions and business support.
