R Systems International Ltd was incorporated in 1993 and is a global digital transformation leader providing AI-driven solutions across industries through a range of technology, AI/Analytics services and knowledge services. They have 8 global centres in India, USA, Europe and Singapore, delivering services to over 40 countries and 125 customers across 6 continents. The company opened a development centre in Noida in 2000, completed their IPO in 2006, and acquired two subsidiaries in 2008 to become a wholly owned entity. They signed a partnership agreement in 2009 and have made other acquisitions throughout the years since. They set up a SEZ unit in 2016 and amalgamated with RightMatch in 2021. This technology and AI/Analytics firm has enabled the digital transformation of their global customers with a suite of products under the brand name Indus and others to cater to the constantly changing needs of the BFSI sector.
