About Amrapali Capital and Finance Services Ltd

Incorporated in 1994, Amrapali Capital Finance Services Limited is primarily engaged in broking activities especially shares, commodities and trading. During FY2014, the company registered an Operating Revenue of Rs 105.47 Lacs compared to that of Rs 1367.13 Lacs in the previous year. In financial year 2015-16, the Total Revenue decreased to Rs 515.17 Lakhs due to a loss of Rs 173.59 Lakhs in Share Trading. However, there was an increase in other income from Rs 598.80 lakh to Rs 664.70 lakh. Subsequently, the financial year 2016-17 saw the total revenue of the Company grow to Rs 5882.85 Lakhs, 10 times more than that of the previous year. In the financial year 2017-18, there was a reduction in revenue due to a loss of Rs 3537.80 Lakhs in Share trading, amounting to a total loss of Rs 2525.37 Lakhs. However, during the financial year 2018-19, the total revenue of the Company increased to Rs 396831.02 Lakhs due to brokerage income and trading of gold, silver, bonds and shares. This was followed by a decrease in revenue during the financial year 2019-20 as silver and bonds were not traded.
