About Acme Resources Ltd

Acme Resources Limited was incorporated on 22nd January 1985 as an NBFC without accepting public deposits. The organization is engaged in providing short-term/ long-term loans and advances to the borrowers and the sales/ purchase of real estate properties. In 2017, the company had three subsidiaries for consolidation purposes, namely M/s Atul Agro Private Limited, M/s OJAS Suppliers Limited and Vardhman Business Ventures Limited. The Listing Agreement stated that M/s Atul Agro Private Limited was not a material nonlisted subsidiary company for the financial year 2016-17 and, therefore, the provisions of this clause were not applied. However, OJAS Suppliers Limited was a material nonlisted subsidiary company for the same financial year and thus the Listing Agreement was duly complied with. The Company continued to have two subsidiaries for consolidation purposes in 2019, with M/s Atul Agro Private Limited not being a material nonlisted company in the financial year 2018-19. On the other hand, the Listing Agreement was duly complied with in the case of M/s OJAS Suppliers Limited.
