About Mukesh Babu Financial Services Ltd

Mukesh Babu Financial Services was incorporated in 1985, and was rebranded in 1991. It is engaged in investment banking, equity research, merchant banking, leasing, fully-fledged money changing, trading in wholesale debt instruments, portfolio management services, and equity trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 1995, the company has a public issue at a premium of Rs.20 to list its shares on Bombay, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot stock exchanges. Along with the overall market, the company's business volumes and profits were affected in 199596 due to credit restrictions and high interest rates. However, the total income of the company increased to Rs.12.78 million in the year 19992000 from Rs.7.85 million in the previous year.
