About Ador Welding Ltd

Ador Welding Ltd (formerly Advani Oerlikon Ltd) was founded in 1951 by J B Advani & Co and the OerlikonBuhrle group of Switzerland. It is renowned in India for its welding products, technologies and services, and Project Engineering Division (PED) for its Environmental Engineering products & Welding Automation Systems. The manufacturing plants at Bhandup, Chinchwad, Raipur, Chennai, Pimpri and Silvassa producing over 200 types of electrodes, fluxes, flux-cored wires have an installed capacity of 107800 TPA. It has two eminent Technology Development Centres at Bhandup and Chinchwad. Advisani Oerlikon has collaborations with two welding companies – Oerlikon Buhrle of Switzerland and La Soudure Autogene Francaise of France, and has certifications from highly-regarded inspection agencies. It has further expanded its reach with demat facilities, and provides products for steel, shipbuilding, defence and power, automobile, general fabrication and engineering industries. The Company also has solar power plants of capacity 518 KWP and 115 KWP at Raipur and Silvassa respectively since 2019. It has also launched King Series of Gas Cutting PPE and Welding Accessories, and new products in welding and cutting segments with Welding Application & Technical Centre (WATC) in 2012 and profile cutting CNC Machine in 2013.
