Scribe Therapeutics Inc. operates as a clinical-stage biotechnology company, focuses on research and developing genetic medicines using CRISPR-based tools to address the root cause of diseases, with a primary focus on cardiometabolic conditions in the United States. The company offers STX-1150 designed to be a single-course in vivo epigenetic silencing treatment targeting the PCSK9 gene; STX-1200 is CRISPR-based gene editing program that aims to offer a permanent solution for patients with elevated Lp(a); and STX-1400 is designed to target and remove the transcriptional start site of the APOC3 gene and strongly reduce mRNA expression.
