About Bancreek Global Select ETF

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that invests in equity securities consisting primarily of common stock and securities convertible into common stock. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities.
