About Ushdev International Ltd

Ushdev Trade and Finvest (UTAF) was incorporated on 18 May 1994 and is managed by Vijay D Gupta, the Chairman and Managing Director. The company has successfully executed orders worth Rs 9 crore for 100 cotton terry towels. It has one subsidiary, Ushdev Securities, and a 100% subsidiary in the Caymann Islands, Ushdev International Cayman Ltd. UTAF has also set up a 2.5 MW Wind Mill Project at Naranapuram in Tamil Nadu. Additionally, the company is planning to launch a B2B Exchange portal, which would be one of its kind in the world. UTAF launched its maiden public issue of 17.5 lac equity shares aggregating Rs 1.75 cr in December 94.
