About Urban Enviro Waste Management Ltd

Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited is engaged in providing municipal solid waste (MSW) management services in Western India. The company was incorporated in 2011 and has since then undertaken 27 projects that involve MSW and street sweeping, including 5 completed projects. As of January 31, 2023, Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited is proposing to issue up to 1,142,400 equity shares through a fresh issue and offer for sale. This includes up to 920000 Equity Shares through fresh issue and up to 222400 Equity Shares through Offer for Sale. Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited provides door to door collection of MSW, transportation of waste to processing facilities, transfer station or disposal sites, sorting and segregating waste and deploying of sweeper broom manpower, consumables and safe disposal of waste and other items required for cleaning operations.
