About RRIL Ltd

Associated Textile Rubber Products Limited, now known as SRK Industries (SRK) is a publicly listed company incorporated in 1991. It specializes in the production and trading of textile and rubber products known as Aprons and Cots which are used in the manufacturing of quality textiles. In 2009, the company appointed a new director, Rakesh Chand M. Jain, whose vast experience in the textile and housing industry had a positive effect on the company's fortunes. Thanks to his efforts, SRK's turnover increased from Rs. 23 lakhs in 2008-09 to Rs. 365 lakhs with a net cash of Rs. 1.75 lakhs in 2011-12. The company further plans to revive manufacturing Aprons and Cots by adding more capital, increase revenue from textile products, and venturing into the real estate industry in Mumbai and Tamil Nadu.
