About Yash Innoventures Ltd

Redex Protech, established on 1 November 1991, is engaged in manufacturing state-of-the-art automatic fire extinguishing systems. In June 1992, the company raised funds through a public issue to partially finance this project. Redex Protech pioneered the introduction of fire detection systems in the industry and have also endeavoured into backward integration and expansion into the manufacture of dry chemical powders, foams and hosepipes. These will be primarily sold domestically, though negotiations are underway for exporting them. The company is also assessing a technical collaboration with US-based manufacturers of high-quality DCP. Alongside, they have also started producing electronic control panels for fire detection systems, hydrant systems, HV and MV spray systems and these will be sold in the domestic market. To better manage their operations, the corporate office was shifted to Khoda village in February 1994 and marketing offices opened in Delhi and Mumbai. Redex Protech further plans to open offices in Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
