About Rategain Travel Technologies Ltd

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is a leading provider of software development and consulting services in the hospitality and travel industry. Incorporated in New Delhi in 2012, the company was converted to a public limited company in July 2021, and sub-divided its face value to Re. 1 per share with the issuance of 72,058,800 equity shares. In December 2021, the company came out with an Rs 1,335.74 crore public issue, compromise of a fresh issue of Rs 375 crore and a Rs 960.74 crore offer for sale by the selling shareholders. The IPO shares were issued at Rs 425 per share, including a premium of Rs 424 per share, and got listed on BSE Ltd and NSE on 17 December 2021. With a wide spectrum of verticals from hotels, airlines, OTAs and more, RateGain is one of the largest aggregators of data points in the world for the hospitality and travel industry. It has made allotments of 502500, 127500 and 15000 equity shares to Bhanu Chopra, Megha Chopra and Usha Chopra respectively.
