About Pricol Ltd

Pricol Limited is a leading automotive components manufacturer founded in 1975 and headquartered in Coimbatore, South India. The company specializes in producing precision engineered, technologically advanced products in the areas of Driver Information System and Sensors, Pumps and Allied Products, Telematics and Wiping Systems. It caters to leading OEMs in Two/Three Wheeler, Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Farm Equipment and Offroad Vehicles across 45 countries. Pricol Limited has 7 manufacturing plants across India, as well as a manufacturing plant in Indonesia and a subsidiary in Satara, India with 2 international offices in Tokyo and Singapore. In October 2017, the company signed an agreement with Kerda Technologies for oxygen sensors and ACHR for fuel pump modules & pressure regulator, and commissioned a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Pune. Furthermore, 9,479,672 shares of Re 1 were allotted for the Scheme of Amalgamation with Erstwhile Pricol Limited approved by the High Court of Judicature at Madras. In 2019, the board approved disposal of subsidiary companies Pricol Wiping Systems India Limited and Pricol Espana S.L., and in 2020 they approved a rights issue to eligible shareholders. On 26th May 2021, the Board approved the amalgamation of Pricol Wiping Systems India Limited with holding company Pricol Limited, which will integrate the Wiping Business of PWSIL with Pricol.
