About Vedavaag Systems Ltd

Vedavaag Systems Ltd is an established Software Development firm and eBusiness Solutions provider committed to providing quality eBusiness Retailing and Services eGovernance Managed Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications. The company has earned the ISO 9001 2000 certification for their eGovernance Applications and Services Delivery. Vedavaag Systems Ltd is known for having developed eticketing solutions for the Transport sector, as well as internet and client server based solutions for Local body governance such as Municipal Corporations, Nagar Palikas, Block Development offices and Panchayats. To date, they have established 2,200 Citizen Service Centres across the markets of Bihar and Haryana, with their ABHEE brand providing Agri support, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Edutainment and E services.

The company was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2000, and have built a strategic relationship with Electronics Corporation of India to provide the eGovernance solutions. They have also recently bagged a five-year contract with the Delhi Transport Corporation, and are currently working on bids for various other eGovernance projects. Further, they have signed an MoU with HARTRON to provide electricity bill collection services from their eDisa Ekal Sewa Kendral, and Vagdevi Sark Edutech was set up as a subsidiary company to deal with Education Services. In 2011, they were given an order from ECIL worth around Rs 59 crore to set up Data Centers, Data Entries and Biometric Data Collection of citizens across 9 districts in the Andhra Pradesh region, and have since then changed their name to Vedavaag Systems Ltd.
