About Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Ltd

Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited, formerly Rasam 18 Resorts and Clubs Limited, was incorporated in 2018 and is currently in the business of agricultural and allied activities. The Company is engaged in trading, merchandising and sourcing of agricultural commodities such as wheat, cotton, grains, pulses and spices in the domestic markets across India. They also act as facilitators at each step of the agricultural product life cycle from strategic procurement on behalf of the purchaser. The Company is proposing to enter the tourism and hospitality business and has planned to open a resort in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, 20 kms from Ahmedabad. The property is well-connected to the highway and has natural surroundings that make it ideal for a peaceful getaway. Additionally, the location is close to Gujarat International Financial Tec (GIFT) City, which is the major customer segment for the resort. GIFT City is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream project for a greenfield integrated city. Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts aims to make the Indian markets for agricultural products flourish through their services.
