About Kanani Industries Ltd

Kanani Industries Limited (KIL) was initially established in 1983 as Shivlaxmi Mercantile Company Limited, later changed to IMP Finance Limited. It underwent a change in management and control in 2007, leading to its current name. KIL is a diamonds studded jewellery business with a sophisticated hyper-tech unit. Since 2010, the company has secured orders totaling US$ 4.33 million and Rs. 21.61 crore from the European Community Country and Hong Kong respectively. In 2012 and 2013, KIL bagged purchase orders of US$ 2.80 million and Rs. 15 crore from UB International Ltd, and issued bonus shares in a ratio of 1:10.
