About Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd

AKM Lace and Embrotex Limited is a public limited company which was incorporated with the name AKM Lace and Embrotex Private Limited on November 26 2009. The two promoters Mr. Anoop Kumar Mangal and Mr. Shambhu Dayal Mangal have been running a family proprietary concern Mangal Lace Agency for more than a decade. The company is in the business of trading fabrics and supplying customized lace and embroidered works items which they manufacture/process through established job work arrangements. The purpose of setting up the company was to corp ratize the family business and build a stronger business vehicle.
